How to assign tasks to each other

22 february

You can assign tasks to each other within 14 days since the registration date or in Business-account for a number of workplaces (it is necessary to set the number of workplaces in the counter when purchase).

Invite employees at My organization page at leadertask.net — type in Name, e-mail of the employee and click the Invite button.

Employees will receive information to enter their personal accounts and the invitations. The employee has to use login (e-mail) and password to his personal account to enter the software (for all versions — Windows PC, Android, iPhone/iPad, Mac).

To assign a task:

1. Create a task.

2. Right-click the task and choose the Properties point of the menu (or click at the task and push the Alt+Enter hot key combination), Click the Assign button. You can do the same the following ways: (1) Right-click the task and in the context menu choose the Assign point of the menu. (2) Double-click the task. On the task panel appeared in the bottom choose the Assign point.

The task will appear at the employee in the software in the Assigned by point of the Navigator.

Business-account for several workplaces allows to have a united list of the employees (the list is the same that is at the My organization page of your personal account at leadertask.net). Due to this, at the assignment you can just mark the employee you need.

If you have a Premium-account, you can assign a task to a user who also has a Premium or a Business-account. To do it, you have to type in the performer's login (e-mail) after clicking the Assign button and push the Enter button. The united staff list is not available in the Premium-account.

For a joint work you can use shared common projects. You can grant the access to a project in its' properties: right-click the project, choose the Properties point of the menu, switch to the Access tab and click Add participants to the project.

In the shared common project the employee who has the access can take a task to perform himself — to do it the employee needs to click the Take up button on the task panel or in its' context menu.
